I purchased this after much research. Having used "professional" vibroplates I was concerned that this would not be as powerful or effective. I am pleased to say that this model met all my expectations, and I am amazed at how quiet it is. The delivery was excellent and assembling the machine was relatively straight forward, although I have to say the control panel does appear and feel a little "cheap" and plastic. That said I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would definatley recommend it to others.This is quite solid. I built it in about 40 minutes. The instructions are unintentionally funny but you can work it all out. (The straps screw into the plate) If you unplug the cable from the base and thread it through from the top of the upright, using a temporary piece of sticky tape to stop it falling through, it will make it easier. If you've used a plate in a gym you will find this feels different, it has more of a rocking motion, exercises you may have done in the middle of the plate at the gym will be more effective standing at one side of this one (where the anti slip areas are).
>Click Here To Order Yours<The handles are wide and may inhibit a few exercises if you want to stretch a leg sideways, but you could turn through 90 degrees. There is no dvd but GYM MASTER - Crazy Fit Vibration with the there are lots of videos on youtube. I definitely feel it afterwards. All in all, a good purchase.
I really researched before I finally brought this machine, I'm really pleased with it's performance and speed, it's worth paying a little bit more to get the range of speeds and workouts and powerful motor. The Crazy Fit power plate is very easy to assemble, it takes about 30mins.
Had the Crazy Fit Vibration Plate for a month now and it's great, both my husband and I have lost several inches from the waist and hip area. The machine is very strong and quite quiet for it's size, I was expecting it to be more noisy but well impressed with everything.
My son and his wife have just bought one too after trying our GYM MASTER - Crazy Fit Vibration it's a very easy way to keep toned with very little effort on your behalf.
We did have a little problem fitting the centre colmn as it was not in line to put the screws in, we had to unscrew the base a little to get it to fit then tighten the base, it does take a little knowledge to fit it together, all in all we are very happy with the machine.

I ordered this machine on Thursday and it came on Monday, much quicker than I expected, also they gave me an hour time slot for eta. I was very impressed. I'm a gym user and go 2-3 times a week. I have been using a vibration plate at my gym for the last 5 months and have seen a significant change in my body shape.
My waist has lost inches, my saddle bags have gone from my thighs and overall my BMI had been reduced and my body is a lot more toned. Anyway getting back to this fantastic machine, it took around 40 minutes to assemble, I didnt think much of the instructions but on the whole it wasnt too hard to figure out and put together. I was extremely suprised at how quiet the motor was…
